Templates for each phase—requirement gathering, design, development, and testing—were identified to ensure consistency and efficiency.

The founder was guided to create a default diary, allocating timeslots for all functional review meetings to establish a rhythm. Initially focusing on resolving operational issues, the company gradually moved to handling strategic initiatives, creating a calm and productive business environment.
