Hear From Business Owners Who've Been There
I collaborated with Tabish for over a year, focusing on developing strategies and implementing systems and processes to enhance organizational scalability. Throughout this period, Tabish demonstrated an adept ability to identify our pain points and challenges. She served as an excellent sounding board for problem-solving, streamlining thought processes for effective solutions.Tabish's guidance played a pivotal role in establishing a scalable organizational structure, delineating responsibilities, initiating overdue projects, and offering continuous mentorship to key individuals. Additionally, she provided well-structured advice for improving sales and marketing functions. Her dedication to the success of her clients is evident in the extra effort she consistently puts forth.

I’ve been working with Tabish since 2015 on her 1-2-1 Business Coaching program. We got started together when we were a very young company and have come a long way since then. I truly believe that it was one of our best decisions and our Revenues and Profits have positively impacted as a result of our engagement. Tabish has helped us stay focused on the goals and the actions that we need to take to move in that direction. She is one of our key go-to-person for brainstorming ideas & challenges. We work together on our Sales, Lead Generation, Business Planning, Team development, Recruiting and Finance strategies. Its always great to have her by our side and I strongly recommend her services to other entrepreneurs

As we grew & graduated from a start-up to a professionally managed company, it was time to scale and in that pursuit, we really needed someone with rich experience of the software industry to support us. And thus, we engaged with Tabish and since then, we've been working closely with Tabish as our business coach for over a year now. It has been a great journey together and the experience she brings to the table is invaluable. We worked together first to get our Annual Business Planning and Budgeting revamped. Then we filled the gaps in our functional and leadership areas. This meant a more robust team structure around Sales, Marketing, QA, and Delivery. We’ve optimised our recruitment processes and overhauled our employee grading structures. We are now defining detailed KRA / KPIs across the organisation which will make us a more goal-oriented organisation. Our new customer outreach methods have improved, which has made us really optimistic on achieving our growth targets.Reflecting on the last year surely brings a smile to my face as there have been both small and big achievements for us. In summary, working with Tabish has been a transformative experience. I consider Tabish as a partner in our journey towards growth. If you are seeking a business coach who not only provides insightful guidance but also pushes you out of your comfort zone, Tabish Bibikar is the professional you need.

About The Masterclass
Most software companies hit a growth ceiling that has nothing to do with product or people. It comes down to a sales engine built to win a few deals, not enterprise scale.
Enterprise sales isn't just bigger deals. It demands:
- 01 A different mindset & org structure
- 02 A different sales process & value narrative
- 03 A real approach to entering, expanding and sustaining large accounts

“If the founder is still the only one who can close, or growth has flattened despite winning accounts, this session is built to break that wall.”
In two hours, get clarity on what enterprise sales demands, and move from:
Built for Founders, CEOs at software, SaaS and services companies in India or selling into the USA, Canada, Europe or the Middle East.
What You'll Walk Away With

Why founder-led sales breaks down the moment you move upmarket, and what has to change instead
How enterprise buying committees actually decide, and why traditional closing tactics fall flat
The real difference between hunting and farming, and why scaling whale accounts needs both
A working framework for entering, sustaining and expanding large accounts
Where enterprise deals quietly stall or die, and how to catch it before it’s too late
Clarity on the team structure and roles an enterprise sales engine actually needs
Inside The Session
Why Founder-Led Sales Stops Scaling
— what breaks when you move from SMB to enterprise
How Enterprise Buyers Really Decide
— committees, long cycles, and what traditional selling gets wrong
Building the System
— the roles, structure and internal collaboration enterprise sales requires

Tabish Bibikar
Co-Founder & Principal Business Coach
About The Speaker
Tabish has spent the last several years inside the exact transition this session is built around, coaching software founders through the jump from closing small deals to winning and sustaining whale accounts. Her client base spans multiple countries, giving her a read on enterprise buying that isn’t limited to one market’s playbook.
Before coaching, she spent two decades in senior IT roles, leading positions at Indian IT corporates and a global MNC. That’s not incidental. It means she has sat on both sides of the enterprise sale, inside the boardrooms where large accounts get decided and inside the leadership teams that had to build a system capable of winning them. Few coaches carry both the founder’s instinct for closing and the enterprise buyer’s instinct for stalling, vetting and delaying. Tabish built her practice on knowing exactly where that gap sits, and how to close it.
She is also a TiE Pune Charter Member and part of The Ascent Foundation, placing her inside two of the country’s most influential entrepreneurial and business leadership communities.
