You know, most founders I meet don’t actually need more advice.

They already know what to do.

They’ve read the books.

They’ve listened to the podcasts.

They’ve attended the webinars.

The problem isn’t knowledge — it’s execution.

Hey there, I’m Tabish Bibikar, and I coach and mentor software company founders to build scale in their business — without burning out or losing focus in the process.

Let me tell you something I’ve learned after coaching hundreds of founders.

The smartest entrepreneurs don’t fail because they don’t have the answers.

They fail because they don’t have accountability.

Here’s what that looks like.

You decide you’ll fix your sales process this quarter.

You even outline the steps — review the CRM, build a pipeline, train the team.

But then delivery fires start. A client escalates. Someone resigns.

And that “important” goal quietly slips into next month’s to-do list.

Sounds familiar?

That’s not a lack of motivation — that’s a lack of accountability.

Advice gives you direction.

Accountability gives you discipline.

When someone holds you to your own goals — checks in, challenges your excuses, and pushes you past the comfort zone — you start to move differently.

I’ll share a quick story.

A founder I worked with had been trying to implement a proper financial dashboard for over a year.

He’d start strong, then drop it halfway.

When we began coaching, we broke it into clear weekly milestones — and every Friday, we reviewed what was done and what wasn’t.

Within six weeks, that dashboard was live, and today, it’s the single most powerful decision-making tool in his company.

Did he suddenly learn new finance skills?

No.

He just had someone who made sure it actually got done.

That’s the power of accountability.

It’s not about being told what to do.

It’s about being guided to do what you already know — consistently.

So if you’re a founder who feels stuck, not because of lack of ideas, but because things just don’t move fast enough —

You don’t need another strategy session.

You need a system that keeps you accountable.

Because advice might inspire you once.

But accountability will transform you forever.

Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you in the next one
